Excellent Multi-Brand Service with Genuine OEM Parts! I’ve been taking both my cars—a 2019 Vitara Brezza and a 2024 Grand Vitara—to ACR Auto Car Repair, Gurugram (Sector 34), for the past year. Got my Jeep Compass serviced from them about 4 days ago. My experience, right from the first call with Vishal (incharge of the call centre) to the point I got my Jeep back, was very smooth. My vehicle was picked up by them on the dot of the schedule time - very punctual! Got a call from Vikas (service supervisor) to understand any specific needs of mine. Vishal and Vikas both were in regular touch to inform the progress. I will give the centre 5 stars in all aspects, vehicle is performing well, very courteous and efficient professionals. Have no hesitation of recommending the service centre as a multi brand service center for high end as well as other cars / SUVs. Good people and reasonable costs. Had an excellent experience with Auto Car Repair in Gurgaon. From the very first call, the team was professional, proactive, and clear in their communication. I had given my Swift for a suspension check-up, and they focused on the exact issue without suggesting any unnecessary repairs. There was a problem in my KIA Sonet(DL14C0604) which i was not able to find but i am very Thankful to the GM "Mr.Amit" for finding the problem which is wheel unbalancing and done the work within the minimum price and extra discount possible for me. I am from shahdara but he is very helpful that he managed to pick up my car from my house and get all the problems sorted of mine his guidance and advice are very excellent also he is very professional towards his work and punctual too. Had Great experience With ACR .In terms of work , Staff Behaviour , expenses , Everything. Things were fully organised. To be honest i have saved almost 10 to 12k on my complete work if i compare With Hyundai showroom , They gave me the Estimation of Approx 10k just the simple service , but IN ACR i got the same things done in just 3800 . All over experience was good , staff was highly cooperative. One thing I would like to mention that need to maintain a PDI before delivery to ensure that all work have done in best way. Like.... 1.
